Join our crew for an extended ride. For two hours, you’ll develop a smooth round pedal style, while challenging yourself over a variety of “terrain.” Breathe, push, and ride strong. Pairing music to your journey will keep you motivated to challenge yourself on the road ahead.

Yoga Foundations: A Workshop Series with Leanne

$25 each ($30 day-of registration)

Learn the foundations of the fundamental asanas (postures) to empower you and your yoga practice. We will focus on qualitative aspects of the core poses of vinyasa yoga, finding optimal alignment for a safe and transformational yoga practice. Leave empowered to continue your personal yoga in a class setting.

 

Yoga Foundation #4: Breath and Rest
Saturday, Feb. 29, 11 a.m.-12;30 p.m.
Breath is an important part of our yoga practice. Understanding breath mechanics and building breath awareness skills will allow us to live freer in our bodies. Tying breath awareness skills with resting postures will bring this last yoga fundamentals workshop home for you. More here.
