Need more convincing? You also will be gifted a homemade offering made by a local artisan to encourage deep peace and wellness in your practice.

Yoga in the Wild
Let’s explore the wonders of nature off trail, in the wild. We’ll meet at a trail head approximately 30 miles away, hike about 40 minutes and Jenny Robble will lead our practice in a peaceful wooded area.
In order to maintain as much solitude as possible, the directions to the trail head for this event will be provided upon registration.
$35, lunch included
Outside Bike Rides
Join us as we take our riding outdoors to feel the breeze and fresh air and put to work all the great fitness you’ve built over the winter. You’ll be amazed at how strong you’ve become! These approximate 25 mile rides (distance will vary as needed) will begin and end at Confluence and are weather dependent.
Sunday, August 12, 8:30-10:30 a.m.
No cost, but pre-registration is required.
