Restorative yoga relaxes both the body and the mind, and promotes the regeneration of both. It has also been proven to lessen anxiety and stress. The practice of restorative yoga incorporates yoga props, such as blankets and bolsters, and very minimal movement – inviting calm through supported stillness.

During this unique event, we will practice 45 minutes of restorative yoga, followed by a healthy and delicious plant-based brunch:
– Curry chickpea & broccoli salad
– Assorted roasted potatoes
– Fresh fruit
– Feel free to BYOB!

All menu items are vegan, gluten-free, and tree nut-free.

Please note: You do not have to be vegan to come to this event! This is open to anyone who is currently living a plant-based lifestyle, considering transitioning to plant-based eating, those who enjoy the occasional #MeatlessMonday, or those who are just curious about what the heck vegans eat.

The goal of this event is to Restore & Nourish on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.

Breath & Bliss: De-Stress for the Holidays with Leanne

A Yoga Tune Up® workshop in conscious relaxation and Yoga Nidra

The holidays typically have us loaded with adrenaline and stress, where we find ourselves accelerating from zero to 60 in a heartbeat. Do you know how to decelerate from 60 to zero without crashing? 

This workshop breaks down the mechanics of down-regulation before your body has a breakdown. Learn how to breathe correctly with sedating exercises from yoga, body therapy, meditation, and self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® Therapy and Coregeous® balls. Unbind muscular tension, relieve anxiety and enter into a profound state of sleep through Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Master the art of “blissing out!”

No yoga experience necessary. Students of any level are welcome.
