Bring the Outdoors In: A 2-hour Ride

Let’s get ready for spring and bring the outdoors inside for an extended ride. For two hours, we will develop a smooth round pedal style, while challenging ourselves over a variety of “terrain.” Breathe, push, and ride strong. Pairing music to your journey will keep you motivated to challenge yourself on the road ahead.

CHARITY CLASS: Yoga with the Tao with Leanne Werneke and Tao

What’s better than a class at Confluence? How about one that raises money for a good cause! This 60-minute class is a great way to find your flow and help animals in need at the Cleveland Animal Protective League (APL) at the same time.

Practice alongside our furry ambassador, Tao, a happy go lucky English Bulldog who will be giving away free slobbery dog kisses!

Also, show your support for our Coventry Village neighbor and supporter of this cause, Blush Boutique, who will be helping the APL as well. Blush Boutique will be donating 20% of its sales (non-sales items) that day to the APL, too! After class, why not wander down and check out their super cute and unique women’s fashions.

There is more to us than what meets the eye. Let’s discover our inner selves and unleash dormant essential qualities through a courage-creating and soul-awakening workshop series.

Each Awaken Your Soul session is designed to unleash essential qualities that lie within and awaken them with a fresh awareness allowing you to feel more connected with your own truths. We invite you to become more focused and clear in your dreams and desires and true to the one and only divine expression of you.

Let’s honor our experiences, tell our stories and move with energy and mindfulness while we sprinkle magic on the canvas of our life!

A notebook will be provided at the first workshop. While not required, bring it with you as you attend each subsequent session to journal your experiences.

Writing and Yoga: Sunday, April 8, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Vision Board and Meditation: Sunday, April 29, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Qoya: Sunday, May 20, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

$25 each, or $60 when purchased as a three-part series
