Sensory Yin Experience with Hayleigh

This workshop takes restorative yoga to the next level, blending intuitive movements, yin + restorative yoga with massage + hands-on stretches, energy work, and aromatherapy. Relax and unwind as you are guided into a deeper realm within your mind and body. This sensory experience lasts 75 minutes.

Afterwards, enjoy an exquisite cup of tea to enjoy after class to incorporate the send of taste into your experience.

Because of the individualized attention, space is limited to 10 students.

Sundays, Sept. 8 and Oct. 12, 7 – 8:15 p.m.

Yoga Nidra with Amy

Move from the state of “doing” to one of “being.” If you are in need of a reset, or rest, join us at our monthly Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra (awake sleep) allows the body and m ind to relax and fine complete ease. Think of it as a yogic nap to ease teh mind, body and spirit.

You’ll be gently guided into this deeply restorative and meditative practice. Participants need only to bring themselves in comfortable attire. All levels welcome.

Minimum of five people needed for the workshop to proceed.
